We Believe in Data with Heart

At Data Love Co., our mission is to bridge the data divide and promote equity in the use of data for social good.

We help organizations transform how they collect, analyze, and act on data—making impact measurement more efficient, accessible, and meaningful.

In 2026 we launched Spark, our community-data platform, and Dorothy, our AI analyst — free tools that put cited, verifiable public data in the hands of the people doing the work. Organizations can now bring their own program data onto the platform through our Glow, Ignite, and Beacon plans. Try Spark free →

Our Origin Story

Data Love Co. was founded by Jasmine Motupalli, a service-disabled veteran, mother, and equity-focused technologist who witnessed firsthand how under-resourced organizations struggled with siloed, outdated, and overwhelming data systems.

Determined to change that, she built a company that puts community needs at the center of every solution. Learn more about our founder here.

Our Vision

We’re building a world where mission-driven organizations have the same tech advantage as the private sector. Where public data is accessible, community data is protected, and impact is clearly communicated.
